LAVAL, QC, June 29, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Sanofi Canada has recently filed appeals with the Federal Court of Appeal in Canada. These appeals relate to May 11, 2012 decisions by the Federal Court in Section 8 Actions, brought by Apotex Inc. and Teva Canada Ltd. against Sanofi in relation to the ramipril litigations. The decisions do not reach conclusions as to the amount of the awards owed by Sanofi, but rather sets the parameters on how the damages should be calculated.
